I am an independent sales rep for an online auction company and get paid a small amount for promoting the company and getting users to register on their website. The only problem is I have know way to audit who registers on their website and list me as the rep. Listing the actual name of the sales rep is last on the list and not a required field, just below selecting the general reason of Sales Rep.

All I would like to do is have this section of the form autofilled with my name after they click a link on my page or scan a QR code. Is this possible to do on my own or does the company site have to allow and create the script in their code?

I just want to be able to audit registrations and make sure people are spelling my name correctly and inputting it. I have a feeling it's not a required field because they don't have to pay me if my full name isn't entered correctly.

Please help...
