o Claim at least 65 points in your SkillSelect EOI.

o Be under 45 years of age

o Have occupation in South Australia occupation list o Have a valid assessment of your skills

o Have at least a competent level of English (or equivalent)

o Have resided in NSW for a minimum of three months before being invited or are currently employed in your nominated occupation in NSW.
