To use the PS5 and PS4 cheating codes on Grand Theft Auto III, simply:

Type a series of keys on your joystick, without pause. Once done, a message Cheat activated appears at the top left of the screen.

Be careful however! Be sure to save your part before using the Code Cheat because they prevent you from getting trophies. If you save after using the GTA 3 codes on your PS5 or PS4, they could even become permanent. It is therefore strongly advised not to use them anymore on the Rockstar Games game.
