  • Corn starch or baking soda
  • Some paper towels
  • Some moist paper towels or damped towel
  • Liquid dish soap
  • Old toothbrush

  • Take enough baking soda or corn starch to make a thick coating of it on the affected area.
  • Let the coating stay as it is for at least 20 minutes so it can absorb the oil from the upholstery without damaging its fabric.
