Hyundai i30 may be launched in India soon

Hyundai Motors, the country’s second-largest automobile company, may soon launch a new generation model of its premium hatchback car Hyundai i20. The company’s new car Hyundai i30 has been spotted many times during testing. It was spotted multiple times in 2018 near the company’s Chennai plant. Now this car is being tested once again. It is believed that it will be launched in India soon.

The Engine

Hyundai sells the i30 in the international market with a choice of 1.6-liter petrol and diesel engines. Apart from this, this car is also available with the option of a 2-liter petrol engine. The model of i30 being tested in India has a 1.6D badging, which makes it clear that ARAI is testing it with a 1.6-liter diesel engine. This engine comes with two power outputs – 115 hp and 136 hp. It has a choice of 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Mileage of Hyundai i30 has not been revealed at the moment.
