You will need about 3rd of a cup of cottage cheese i.e paneer crumbled and vegetable as you prefer. You can even use homemade paneer. To make paneer at home, boil the milk on high flame. When the milk is boiled. Turn the flame low and add lemon juice to it, The milk will start curdling. You can add little vinegar if milk is not curdling. Turn the heat off when the milk is curdled. Strain the paneer immediately. Rinse with cold water to remove the sourness of lemon or vinegar. And your homemade paneer is ready.
Steps to make paneer ki bhurji:
Start by heating the pan and adding 2 spoons of oil.
Add half spoon of cumin seeds.
Now add chopped green chili and ginger.
Add chopped onion, french beans, and carrot.
Cook this for 1 -2 minutes.
Add all the capsicums and corn and tomato.
It will look so colorful and delicious. Add salt to taste.
Half a teaspoon of red chili powder.
Pinch of turmeric.
1 spoon of coriander powder.
And Half spoon of cumin powder.
Mix it well.
Now add crumbled paneer and cook it for 2 minutes.
