Manage Expectations

Running several projects at once means meeting many standards and having to respond to several people and living up to many expectations. Bear in mind, when choosing your tools, the time and costs associated with their implementation. Looking for a cheaper tool can cost less in advance, but it will cost you more in the long run if the proper implementation is more complicated and time-consuming than one that costs twice the cost.
