If you have been waiting for Ahn'Qiraj's war effort to begin, you have exactly one month before you can give up all the resources you have collected.

Blizzard announced in its forums today that Ahn'Qiraj content will go live after the weekly reset of World of Warcraft Classic on July 29.

The new content of the fifth phase does not immediately contain a raid release. Instead, war efforts begin on servers that force Alliance and Horde players to collect resources and complete a quest chain before they can open the AQ gates, making two new raids available.

Blizzard has already tested elements of the new content, including the 20-man instance of AQ. In addition, developers ran a public test stress test earlier this month to determine which capacity servers had to deal with the notorious AQ gate opening event, which Vanilla experienced in 2006 in delays.

While much of the content of the fifth phase is being tested, Blizzard announced that the larger 40-person Ahn'Qiraj raid instance, including boss C'thun, will not be available for testing. This prevents top guilds who want to achieve World First kills from repeatedly being able to effectively practice the raid before it is released. The start of content for the fifth phase on July 29th is exactly how Blizzard originally published content for World of Warcraft in the mid-2000s. Until then, each Classic Raid will be available within a week or so of the game's original timeline. More wow classic news and service from https://www.ssegold.com
