If you decide to go to a gym or a home fitness club, you'll notice that they are just filled with hundreds of people. With Zumba you don't need to go with a crowd because you only get a couple of people to work out with. So you can decide how many people you want to work out with and get as much time with your partner as you want. With this form of exercise you're trying to match the rhythm and beat of the music, but it's very different from a traditional dance or a class. There are no limits on your ability or your flexibility. This is why it's important to go to Zumba classes if you have a lot of stamina, flexibility or a lot of stamina.
