Error code 103 getting when users connect your bank to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed. This error usually means the user ID or your secret password is incorrect for the bank account when you’re trying to connect. Login request is stopped working till the users update the sign in information in QuickBooks Online so that the bank cannot lock the account access.
Verify your credentials (user name, password)
Open Bank website in a new window
Enter your login details
Then logout from bank website
Now open QuickBooks online and enter the same username or Password
Update sign-in information
Go To Banking option
Click Edit sign-in
Open bank site
A new window will open >> see you account details
The access your account through the website
Select Banking.
Locate the card for the account that generated error 10
Select the pencil icon Edit
Go To Edit sign-in info
See your account to connect with your bank
Enter your new login details and Update it
