The kilt is fully lined, though you will not need it being very soft due to the blended fabric. The pockets are lined to guard the tartan from sharp stuff in your pocket. The flap of the pockets are lined to strengthen for the snaps. we've also attached outer pockets to offer you an area for that big telephone and other essentials.
