How to Fix Borderlands 3 Not Launching Issue?

Verifying Game File Integrity

To get started, launch the Epic Game Launcher on your device.
Then go to the Library option and click on it.
After that, select the Settings option on the bottom right side of the screen.
You should hit on the Verify button and wait to finish the verification process.
Run as Administrator

Navigate to the icon of ‘Epic Games Launcher,’ and right-click on it over the desktop, then hit on the Properties option.
You should select the tab of Compatibility and mark the ‘Run this program as an administrator’ checkbox.
Now, hit the Apply and then OK buttons.
Then reach the directory where the game installation file is and launch the ‘.exe’ file as administrator too.
Finally, refresh the game.
Check the Windows Updates

Press the Windows and S combination over the keyboard to launch the Search section.
Then input ‘updates’ in it and select the OK button.
You should click on the ‘Check for updates’ option.
In case you get any available updates, select the Download button, and pursue the steps to complete the installation.
After updating the system, reboot the PC.

Run Clean Boot
Hit the Windows and R combination on the keyboard to launch the Run pop-up.
Now, insert ‘msconfig in it and press the Enter button.
You have to choose the tab of Services, mark the ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ checkbox, then hit on the ‘Disable all’ option.
Later, choose the tab of Startup and pick the ‘Open Task Manager’ option.
Below the tab of Startup, choose every item, and click on the Disable option.
Finally, click on the Apply and OK buttons to apply the changes.
Now, reboot the computer and run the game.
Run SFC

You can run SFC by following these directions appeared below:

Hit the Windows and R combination on the keyboard to launch the Run pop-up.
After that, insert ‘cmd’ in it and hold the ‘Ctrl + Shift + Enter’ combination on the keyboard to launch the Command Prompt as administrator.
You should hit on the Yes button.
In the Command Prompt, input the following command: sfc /scannow
You have to wait for the PC scan to complete. Windows will attempt fixing the damaged and lost files during the procedure.
