One of the most significant things we can learn from the book of Acts is that God desires good to happen to us. We need to walk in humility, sincerity and truth. We need to be receptive to the comforting words that will be shared with us through the daily scripture. If we are willing to make a difference in people's lives through daily scripture, then we will certainly have received a great gift from our Creator.

When we are walking in humility, sincerity, and truth, we will notice that others begin to notice us as well. As we walk in truth, we will find that others are willing to befriend and help us. People who have been searching for someone to befriend will seek out those who have walked in truth. These individuals will become the people that are sometimes referred to as "the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Those that are in the daily scripture will become the flock of Christ to God.

Those who are in the daily scripture need to help those who are not. We can therefore rely on the daily scripture to continue to guide us and strengthen us in every situation. We will be shown guidelines to follow, warnings to heed, and specific ways to apply God's word. It is only through the daily scripture that a person can fully understand the mysteries of God's plan for his people. It is the daily scripture that will teach us what to do and how to act.

The daily scripture is the link between the believer and the lost. The daily scripture unites the church and believer together. The daily scripture brings people and ministry together. As a result of the daily scripture, an individual's life becomes more meaningful to him. He can find new meaning in everything and can find joy and satisfaction in each walk of life.

All of the above is why the daily scripture is so important. It brings people to God and makes Him known. It is through the daily scripture that people can walk in the footsteps of Christ.
