You should select the hard disk and twice click on it, which includes Windows installation data.
Navigate to the Windows option and click on the ‘SoftwareDistribution’ folder.
Now, select the sub-folder of ‘Download’ and remove every content inside.
Perform Windows Updates Troubleshooter

Go to the Windows icon and hit on it to invoke the menu.

You should choose the ‘Update & Security’ option.
Reach the left side panel and click on the Troubleshoot option.
Then navigate to the right-side panel and hit the ‘Windows Update’ button, then choose Run the troubleshooter.
Now, you have to wait until Windows performs the troubleshooter.
Check the Time and Date

To check the time and date, follow these on-screen directions given below:

Launch the Control Panel by following the above instructions.
Then choose the option of ‘Clock, Language, and Region.’
You should click on the button ‘Change settings.’
After that, tick the ‘Synchronize with an Internet time server’ box and hit the ‘Update now’ button.
Later, hit the OK button and shut the screen.
Now, restart the system and check whether ‘Date and Time’ are properly set now.
Reset MS Office Cache to Fix Error When Downloading Applications

To reset the MS Office cache to fix error when downloading applications, follow these on-screen directions given below:

In the Windows Search panel, type ‘WSReset’ in it and hit the Enter key.
You will get a screen for a short period of time- don’t run any actions and wait until it vanishes.
It will reset the MS Store cache.
Now, attempt to update or download applications once again.
Check the System for File Corruption

To check the system for file corruption, follow these on-screen directions given below:

Reach the Windows Search bar on the system.
Thereafter, insert ‘cmd’ in it and press the Enter key to launch the Command Prompt.
After launching it, right-click on it, then choose Run as administrator.
Jump to the new screen, input the pursuing command, and hit the Enter key: sfc /scannow
Later, you have to wait to complete the scan process.
Now, restart the system.
