Customers have the flexibility to cancel their Alaska Airlines tickets in a variety of ways. Cancellations can be made online by customers visiting the official Alaska Airlines website. If you are hesitant or concerned, you can always opt for the traditional (offline) mode by calling our Alaska Airlines cancellation number to request a cancellation. You can cancel your ticket at the airport ticket counter. Tickets can also be canceled through OTAs or third-party travel agencies where you booked your reservation after paying the Alaska Airlines cancellation fee, in addition to OTA service charges fare difference, if applicable. If a customer is unable to travel or cancel a ticket prior to departure, Alaska Airlines' "Do Not Show" policy will apply to customer bookings immediately. Upon cancellation of a completely unused non-refundable ticket, a certificate of credit will be issued by the airline to the customers. Alaska Airlines will also charge a service fee for each ticket that changes, in addition to the difference between the new route's fixed fares. If the customer partially uses his ticket, the remaining value will be circulated against the flight portions of the route. It may be noted that Alaska Airlines may sometimes cancel flights on its own due to unavoidable circumstances or reasons. In such cases, the customers are reimbursed by the airline. If the flight is canceled more than 100 miles from the customer's home, the airline will provide a hotel to airport hotel such as rail transportation. If a flight is delayed or canceled Customers choose not to travel, they can request that the airline reschedule the flight on an alternate day or claim compensation for their canceled ticket in accordance with the airline's refund policy. In such cases, Alaska Airlines will also waive the service fee.
