For some people, having one job means you can go home and relax once the clock strikes 5 pm – but for people who have taken on multiple jobs, getting off from one job means the start of working on the other.

Fortunately, having multiple careers is not an uncommon thing; whether it's a part-time job or a full-time job, many people have considered taking on more than one job at a time. However, what most of them have in common is that they all struggle to juggle these careers into their daily schedule, causing some people to reach their burnout capacity faster and quit. Although, the one thing they all don't have in common is that not everyone gives up on their jobs.

Let us consider a prime example, Julianna Pitt – a revered Polish-American director, writer, and actress who has captured everyone's attention as one of the rising talents in the film industry. She is also known to be the single female director, creator, and star of a film in an 8-film block of New York's Katra Film Series.

After receiving training at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and the Sanford Meisner's Playhouse West in Los Angeles, she has had the opportunity to work for networks including ABC, HBO, TBN, Discovery ID, and many other national channels.

Over the years, she has created sensational works, including 'Sanctuary,' 'Outcast' and 'Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23.' Additionally, she has also won the 'Best Actress Award' for her role in Jane, with a Cannes has officially chosen director.

She is one of the few females that are making it big in a male-dominated industry while being a mother to her three children. As someone who is a director, writer, actress, and mother, life is a constant state of being busy getting work done – but her success lies in finding the balance between her roles which she has shared to the public in hopes of inspiring female careers and encourage them to pursue their dreams in the film industry.

Analyzing Each Work Situation

The first thing you need to do is take a little bit of time to evaluate your work situation. What are your work objectives? How are you managing your career roles? What benefit are you getting out of it? And what are the possible consequences coming out of it?

Try writing these out on pen and paper, and you will start to notice that once you have everything written down, your work appears less daunting, and you can quickly figure out which areas of your career management you need to work on.

Prioritizing Different Roles in Your Careers

Every job has a major and minor role that you need to complete. Many successful self-employed people and CEOs have to take on various tasks in their companies – and they work on them based on which one is more important to complete.

Once you have broken down roles that need your attention the most, you can immediately work on them so that later on, you don't have to stress about getting the important stuff later.
