A delightful scene at the Hastings Jetty. This has always been one of my favourite paintings. I think it is the unique combination of boats, colours, water and of course the beautiful pelican.

More of the colourful bathing boxes that populate the Mornington Peninsula. In this instance I wanted to paint a close up image and to capture some of their character.

Schnappers is a very popular and perfectly positioned cafe in Mornington. I always take a camera when I visit, as it has such a pretty location and the views are different every time.

Sandy Point looking towards Wilson's Promontory. We were spending the weekend with friends and enjoying the sky in the late evening and early morning. Mauve, aqua and apricot reflecting in water.

I saw these two kids on the beach at Flinders in their royal robes. The little girl was the boss with her colourful towel and the little boy dutifully did as he was told.
