Learn techniques to reduce stress and cultivate a healthy happy life with deep stretches and relaxation. Receive special workshops mixing yin with aerial and partner yoga, explore both physical anatomy and energetic anatomy, learn teaching skills and become a qualified instructor, or just take this course to deepen your own practice.
This training gives you a comprehensive intro to yin yoga, starting with basic classes to open the body and relax, then moving on into more advanced classes exploring the fascia and myofascial lines.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style where we hold poses for longer lengths to stretch the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Yin Yoga is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with the meridian lines it facilitates a greater flow of life energy force, called Chi.
Giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin Yoga can improve flexibility in the joints, release tension and increase circulation, digestion, as well as teach you how to breathe through discomfort leading you into a more peaceful state.
Since 2014 ULU Yoga has certified over a thousand new instructors and is accredited by Yoga Alliance as a RYS-200/300/500 hour school. Upon successfully completing this course you will receive a 50 Hour Yin Yoga Training certificate, which RYT can register on Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education.
