To begin with you should understand that sex isn’t just about intercourse. It’s related to our overall wellness, the quality of relationships, and how you feel in your skin. There is a need for people to understand and explore sexual wellness and that is what we are going to do now. Sexual wellness doesn’t necessarily mean having to talk about sex or just having sex. Sexual wellness is a big part of life and can affect other aspects of health. This includes physical, mental, emotional, and social health. It also means enjoying yourself sexually in a way you are comfortable with. If you want to be sexually active then knowing about certain safety measures is a must. There are different types of methods to prevent sexual problems and it includes the use of condom, pill, patch, shot, implant diaphragm, or intrauterine device (IUD). Never hesitate to consult a doctor if you have any doubts about sexual wellness. Get to know more about safety, risk, and prevention. Another part of sexual wellness or health is communication. Though it sounds simple, it plays a major role. Be clear with your partner and express what you want and what you are interested in.
