Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA) The Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA) - formerly Philippine Solar Power Rincoe - is a non-profit organization founded in 2010. The Alliance was formed at a critical juncture in Renewable Energy policy formulation and development. PSSEA is very active in policy consultations on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Renewable Energy Law. PSPA was founded to reduce risks and hasten PV Solar Development in the Philippines. It is composed of cell manufacturers, project developers, producers, installers, offtakers, financiers, real estate developers involved in solar and individual members including those in the academic community interested in harnessing the power of solar energy.
