According to Mr. An, in order to meet the increasingly better service, the dormitory has an operating apparatus including: Student Affairs Department; Organization and Administration; Service and culture Department; Security Department; Medical station ... The medical station alone has 10 nurses - doctors, 1 ambulance and 18 hospital beds.

Currently, about 26,000 students at the dormitory of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City enjoy convenient services at reasonable prices. “The dormitory has a full range of services such as: cheap laundry, gym, convenience store, cinema room, cafeteria ... Especially, we are cooperating with a number of units to develop deploying the smart public bicycle project as an internal means of transportation to ensure full needs and utilities for students. Our policy is to increasingly diversify entertainment services for students to choose according to their needs and preferences ”, Mr. Dang Ba Binh, Head of Information Culture, Student Support of the KTX said.
And Mr. Nguyen Anh Dai, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Pedagogical University dormitory, said: "Coordinated with the Trade Union department to install a washing machine in each room to serve the needs of students washing clothes". It is known that this is a pioneer in this service.
