Permanent hair dye takes a lot to fade, but you could probably try the vitamin c and anti-dandruff shampoo method. I wouldn’t suggest using dish soap as it would take forever to get it out of your hair and if you don't get it all out it can seriously dry out and damage your hair.
Also never use bleach to fade or remove the dyes, instead get a color remover to help remove them.
You could try color oops to fade your purple hair, color oops works great on red and orange and natural colors, but on other fantasy colors not so much. When I used it on blur hair it made it go light lavender. So if you use it on your purple it will most likely take it to a light purple or a pink

If you have previously dyed your hair and the regrowth is coming in as grey/silver/white/salt and pepper then you have a few options but most of them are temporary.

They say there are two safe bets for clothing color: one is wearing the same color as your eyes ie grey, grey/blue, probably grey/green; and the other is bronze - which is apparently a color everyone can wear.
The colors you can wear depending upon your skin tones, pinkish toned skin (like mine) should avoid pinkish-toned clothes but can wear green, yellow

women usually kept their hair long and styled with curls and updos.
men usually short.
The wealthy woman wore their hair in a more complex style for the evening, working women would favor a simpler style.
