African families were destroyed due to the fact that when they have been captured, the colony members were sold into slavery and transported in different locations. In America black had no rights, and were equated to animals. Moreover, it can be mentioned that some animals, such as horses, had much better living conditions and food than slaves. A murder of a slave was not considered as a crime, because they were a property, and the owner had the right to do with his slave whatever he wished. Due to the cheapness of slaves there was no a necessity to save their lives. For many decades, slaves, including children and women, were subjected to brutal violence, connected with lynching, murder, rape, torture, etc. The superiority of white race affected all aspects of life, even after abolition of slavery. Former slaves had suffered very strong psychological trauma and often hated themselves because of the color of their skin. A continuous effect of slavery had extremely huge impact on the relationships in American society. The slave trade was provided through the so-called triangular system. There was the route which connected Europe, Africa and America. Merchants transported goods to Africa in order to buy slaves. The necessity to overcome such distance was dedicated to high popularity of slave labor on the American continent. Thus, slaves have been taken to American slaveholders, and it was one of the first attempts to establish the intercontinental commercial relationships. The aforementioned system connected Britain and America. African continent also played very significant role as a source of human resources. Africans have been considered very profitable trade object. It is impossible to imagine how high were the earnings if merchants from Europe have been spending a lot of money for big fast ships and travelling great distances to Africa, then to America, and, finally, back to Europe, while earnings from the sale were sufficient to cover all costs and make big profits. In those times the slave trade was the common occurrence, thus nobody took care about rights or interests of blacks. Similar to slave owners, merchants were cruel and inhuman. As was mentioned above, people who were transported have not been fed and were locked in very small cabins with no fresh air. Consequently, a big number of slaves were dying on the way to America, and even with these losses the slave trade business was profitable and became one of the most influential factors of industrial revolution developing in Europe. Based on this fact, there is the possibility to assume that, while bourgeois aspirations and desires progressed in Europe to provide free labor and protection of human rights, traders from the most developed European counties, such as England, France, Spain, etc., had the whole industries which established the huge slave trading business.
