Both the diet plans have the central aims of maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle but both have a different approach. Both Paleo and keto diet encourages the intake of whole foods and avoid processed foods. But while keto diet supports the use of healthy dairy products like cheese etc the paleo diet doesn’t allow it, the keto diet encourages the use of soya milk tofu etc while paleo diet doesn’t allow such artificially obtained food items. While the paleo diet may encourage the intake of fruits berries honey which are rich in carbs but the keto strictly forbids any carb intake.
Which one is better?
To be frank paleo diet focuses more on ideology and keto diet focuses more on macronutrients , both have their pros and cons depending on circumstances. If you want a healthy diet plan with lots of varities which will also boost your life style then paleo diet is a good option but it might be a little experience to gather all the organic alternative in their raw whole format instead of the readily available modern alternatives for example honey instead of modern sugar, rock salt instead of table salt. While from people looks looking to loose weight in a short time keto diet will be more effective but it’s hard to maintain with so many restrictions and hard to follow and incorporate in our daily routine, but has its own quick results. So both the diet plans are good in their own way depends on what you are looking for, and must choose according to your need.

After smashing a 39-ball 105 in a domestic match, India all-rounder Hardik Pandya said it helped him test his fit-again body. Panya was happy after the innings which would help him claim place in the national side again.
Pandya smashes a hundred
Indians will take on South Africa in an ODI series at home in the middle of March. Just a few days left for the series and the superstar Hardik Pandya scored a brilliant hundred in a Group C encounter of the 16th DY Patil T20 Cup. He was representing Reliance 1 against CAG at the Reliance Corporate Park in Mumbai in Tuesday.
Hardik hit eight fours and 10 maximums and helped his team score 252/5 in 20 overs. The innings did not just make him happy, it also sent a strong message to the selectors ahead of the series against the Proteas. Pandya said, “It's fantastic (platform) for someone like me. I have been away for almost six months. This is my second game after a long time. For me it is a good platform to see where I am currently and test my body. I am really happy with the way things have gone.â€
Pandya set for comeback
Through the Facebook page of DY Patil Sports Academy Facebook page he also added, “If it's there in my arc I just back myself and go for it. Most of the times, it comes out pretty well. There is no plan that I am going to go out there and smash it.â€
This was not the first time that the fit-again 26-year-old showed his skills in the tournament. He had scored a 25-ball 38 as well in the first match which helped his team post 150/8 in 20 overs.
Pandya underwent a surgery for a lower-back injury five months ago and has since been out of action for the sake of recovery. He went to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru after returning from a check-up in UK and had to give a miss to the New Zealand tour. He was last seen playing a T20I for India against the Proteas in September 2019.

Some scientists opine that the best way to consume turmeric is in the form of a herbal turmeric Tea. Turmeric tea is not something new as it has roots in ancient India and China, but recently many companies are reintroducing the concept of turmeric tea with a new zeal.
The process of making turmeric tea is very easy and simple, pure turmeric powder or grated turmeric roots can be mixed with hot water to make the tea. The turmeric powder or grated turmeric must be left in the boiling water for some time for proper brewing and then the mixture should be filtered to get the final tea. Since turmeric has bitter taste, other side ingredients like holy basil leaves, honey, ginger, black pepper can be added to the tea to enhance both its taste and nutrition. One may add milk, coconut milk or almond milk and some clarified butter to boost the absorption of Curcumin in the tea. A daily consumption of 1-3 gm of turmeric through turmeric tea may also help for skin diseases and provide a glowing skin.
A regular consumption of turmeric tea may help to fight arthritis, cardiovascular problems, cancer, irritating bowel syndrome, liver problems, diabetes, respiratory infections, and common cold, septic. Thus, a regular consumption of turmeric tea will boost our overall immunity so we all should give it a try.
