Veganism is gaining popularity at an exponential rate every year. Whole-food vegan diets with a focus on whole foods have many health benefits, including lower blood sugar levels, better cardio-metabolic levels and stable blood glucose levels. If you're considering switching to a vegan diet, your doctor or nutritionist can help you make the right choices so you can give your body what it needs. These vegan foods can be added to your diet to improve your hair's health.
Algal Oil
This omega-3-rich, algae-derived oil can be found in many vegan fish and shellfish replacements as well as in supplements. It can also be used as a neutral cooking oil. Omega-3 is a good choice for hair growth because it helps reduce inflammation and nourish hair follicles. Algal oil also contains important nutrients like iodine, which promotes healthy thyroid function.
Hemp Seeds
These super-seeds can be added to your breakfast cereal, salads, or blended into your favorite smoothie for lots of hair-building proteins. These super-seeds are rich in plant protein, vitamin E, zinc, as well as other vitamins that your scalp needs. They provide the ideal ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acid. Whole hemp seeds are rich in soluble fiber. However, shelled varieties (e.g. Hemp Hearts), contain more nutrients and are milder.
Almonds
Vitamin E and magnesium are abundant in almonds. Vitamin E helps maintain a healthy scalp. Magnesium is essential for hair growth and health.
Leafy Green Vegetables
Every vegan should eat leafy greens like kale, collard and mustard. These greens are full of nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, and other beneficial vitamins. They contain iron, vitamin A and vitamin C, which are important hair-growth vitamins.
Nutritional Yeast
Nutritional Yeast is a savory seasoning rich in B vitamins. It is known for its cheesy taste and is used in sauces and savory recipes. It is a good choice for stress relief, as it can be used to treat some types of hair loss.
Legumes
Protein is essential for strong hair. Legumes are a protein-rich food. There are many options for legumes: beans, lentils and even hummus, all can be used to meet your daily protein requirements.
Acai
Acai is a great hair- and skin supplement. It protects against free-radicals and reduces scalp inflammation. It also nourishes the hair.
Avocados
Avocado is rich in fatty amino acid, whether it's mashed, chopped into salads, or blended into a batido. Avocados can help retain your hair's moisture.
Apart from this, you can get the best quality and highly delicious vegan food such as vegan chicken, vegan BLT, and vegan bacon. All their products taste amazing that satiate your taste buds.

As humans, it’s our nature to become social animals when it comes to gatherings. Whether it’s an exam result or getting a new job, we always find some reason to party. We love to entertain, show off what cool gadgets we have while hosting a party.
Here we have some tips to entertain you, guests, with QNAP while hosting an incredible party –
Party Energizer “Music”
Parties are always incomplete without music. Whether it's rock, hip-hop, or classic, everyone has their personal collections, so just import them and build a cool playlist within Plex and stream it on your smart TV. Playing video music in the background also seems cool and provides a feel like at the club or in the restaurant. To make your party house a club, install HappyGet and backup some amazing music videos to build a playlist on your QNAP and play it from Plex, Qfile, or Video Station.
Another level of entertainment “Movies”
Movies are also a good source of entertainment, kids and adults both love to watch movies. You can play funny family moments, pet videos and share them with your family and friends via Plex, QFile, or DLNA. Sharing your Plex library is also a nice idea, they can watch your movie collections remotely. I know it sounds crazy but it is a really good idea, you must try it at least once.
Well not just for family reunions, you can also use it to kill time during long-distance traveling. You can download these videos with QFile and watch them locally. However, if you are afraid of getting low memory space notifications, you may go ahead and delete some videos from your phone afterward to release space.
Photos
After having a party or a holiday vacation at some amazing spot, you always want to show your friends and family what you did and how you enjoyed it. Earlier we used bulky photo albums to once again enjoy those memories, but with the rapid change in technology, we now create collages every now and then on computers and even on our smartphones and send them to family and friends.
Nowadays, sharing photos has become very easy. Whether your family/friends are far away or are next to you, with just a few clicks that particular date, event, or moment will be shared with them. Your QNAP has replaced your old photo albums.

Last year NVIDIA has released three new mobile Ampere GPUs for laptops – GeForce RTX 3080, GeForce RTX 3070, and GeForce RTX 3060. Taking the reference of these main tiers, several manufacturers have designed and developed millions of combinations, leading to an array of RTX 30 series mobile configs. NVIDIA is still not yet finished, some recent leaks suggest what to expect from NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 3050 and GeForce RTX 3050 Ti flagships.
These two graphics chips will undoubtedly be made to be placed into some budget-friendly laptops. Regarding their specifications, leaks suggest the new GeForce RTX 3050 Ti will accommodate the budget laptops with 2560 CUDA cores and 4GB GDDR6 memory tied to a 128-bit bus interface giving a memory bandwidth of about 88 GB per second.
Similar to the existing lineups, the upcoming RTX 3050 Ti will also have a TDP range on which equipment manufacturers can work ranging between 80W to 35W. Here are some possible power configs and boost frequency blends –
80W – 1,695MHz
60W – 1,485MHz
50W – 1,410MHz
35W – 1,035MHz
Talking about the non-Ti variant the GeForce RTX 3050, the leak suggests it features 2048 CUDA cores along with the same memory management as of Ti variant. Similar to the above, its clock speed will depend on the OEMs chosen power target. Here some combinations are –
80W – 1,740MHz
60W – 1,500MHz
50W – 1,455MHz
35W – 1,057MHz
Of course, the clock speeds are a bit faster here, but still, it’s not enough to offset the fewer CUDA cores. However, the good thing is it should enable real-time ray tracing support to even cheaper gaming laptops.
In terms of performance, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti remarkably outshine NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 in Tomb Rider, achieving a triple-digit frame rate at medium settings. However, it remains competitive at ultra settings getting about 69fps.
On the other hand, the non-Ti version RTX 3050, manages to surpass GeForce GTX 1650 Ti but is just a bit slower than GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q. It manages to hit the desirable 60 FPS at both medium and ultra settings.
Well, there is no sure evidence about how exact the data is? We have to wait until these parts actually exist. Perhaps this leak is encouraging, especially if these GPUs will roll out with affordable prices as the GPU prices are skyrocketing at the moment particularly the NVIDIA and AMD’s new offerings.
However, if you are living in the UAE, you may luckily find the graphics cards online at gear-up.me at reasonable prices. Gear-up.me is UAE’s trusted online store where you can find a huge collection of processors, GPUs, storage devices, cases, motherboards, laptops, and more at affordable prices.
