I have encountered various challenges and experiences that have shaped and prepared me enough to take up the role of a leader. Moreover, I have served as an educational consultant providing competent services to students, parents, teachers as well as government agencies hence attaining empowerment. Through my competent skills in leadership, I could develop and implement a motivational program that was aimed at perking up their interest in learning science, mathematics, and English. It is no doubt that since of my commitment and desires to help the aforementioned individuals I successfully achieved my program. My ability to mobilize and empower people relates to my leadership qualities that saw a successful plan in motivating these individuals.
