Solution 1
• Close QuickBooks and open the Windows Start menu.
• Now in the search box, type QuickBooks.
• Right-click the QuickBooks icon, and then choose an open file location.
• From the folder containing the company file, you must find and right-click the QuickBooks.exe file.
• Select Properties.
• Now, select Compatibility and then choose and uncheck the “Run this program as Administrator†option.
• Now click on Apply.
• Finally, press OK to confirm the changes you have made.
Solution 2
• At first, go to the taskbar at the bottom of your screen and right-click on it.
• From the list, click on the Task Manager.
• Now, search Outlook in the list of running apps from the Processes tab.
• Now click one time on the first process and select the End Process button.
• Continue doing the same step mentioned above until you have ended all the Outlook processes from the list.
• Further, restart Outlook and try to send Email from QuickBooks to see if the error has been fixed.
Solution 3
• Open your QuickBooks application and go to the Edit tab.
• Now, click on the Preferences tab and choose the Send email using the option.
• Go back to the Edit tab by clicking on the OK button.
• Now, select Preferences.
• Click on Send Forms and then select QuickBooks Email from the My Preferences tab.
• Select your Preferences to Outlook and then click on OK to confirm.
• Finally, restart your system and see if the error is resolved.

• Firstly, close the QuickBooks application and open Internet Explorer.
• Go to the Tools, click on Settings and then click on Internet Options.
• Select the Programs tab and choose Set Programs.
• Ensure that Microsoft Outlook is selected as the default email program.
• Further, click Apply and then hit the OK button to confirm the changes.
• Exit from Internet Explorer and retry to send Email from QuickBooks to check if the solution is resolved.
Solution 5
• At first, shut down the running applications on windows.
• Now, open the window file manager and drag your arrow to the C:\ Windows\ System32 folder.
• After that, find and double-click on the Fixmapi.exe file.
• Once the tool finds the MAP132.dll file, then go to QuickBooks and then try to send an email again to check whether the issue is resolved or not.
Solution 6
• Close all Windows and exist from QuickBooks application.
• Now, right-click on the QuickBooks icon on your desktop, and from the drop-down menu, choose Properties.
• Next, click on the Compatibility tab and make sure that Run this program in Compatibility mode is unchecked.
• Further to confirm, click on the OK button.
• Lastly, restart the application and try to send Email again.
