For local, I've seen map ranking improvements everytime by adding a video or more to the page and by uploading to multiple video sharing sites, as well as sharing that a video a lot on Social...... For organic, I tested 2 very similar websites. One with a video using the page content as a script and with video schema added... That website did far better than the other and I've tried the same system a few times since to good affect, which is Surfer SEO optimized content, video with video schema and all the H tags optimized etc and it's been gangbusters in terms of rankings......
