Cross Choke and Bump Sweep BJJ Solo drills
In this video we show you how to use a homemade grappling dummy to practice your cross choke and bump sweep from guard. Of course you can practice with a partner when available as well.
Make these drills part of your warm up, or set a timer to push yourself on a cardiovascular level. Start slow for the first repetitions then increase the speed as your technique improves.
An example workout could be
5 minutes of slow, technical drilling, going from one side to the other. Then 5 minutes of fast paced drilling pushing yourself to stay technical. Mix up the drills and repeat!
